  • Client information is maintained within Convey Stack Inc. and its affiliated entities

Business Continuity

In the event of:

  • Corporate restructuring
  • Sale or transfer of a service division
  • Creation of subsidiary companies
  • Partnership arrangements

Client relationships and associated data will transfer with the relevant service to ensure continuity of service. You will be notified of any material changes to service ownership or operation.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

14. INDEMNIFICATION

15. TERMINATION
